Dear Assemblies of God minister,
My name is Randel Duncan. I am an ordained Assemblies of God minister, an Assistant Professor at Southwestern A/G University, and PhD Candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision at Texas Tech University. I invite you to participate in my dissertation study on ministry specific stressors and marriage functioning among Assemblies of God clergy.
Your participation would involve completing an anonymous online survey (see link above or below) that would take approximately 25-30 minutes of your time. I understand your time is very valuable and I appreciate your consideration in helping me complete this study. Your participation can assist me with three important goals:
Provide important data to help identify areas where we can better prepare our ministers to successfully navigate their ministry stressors and protect their marriage relationship.
Help inform the professional counseling community on best practices in serving the mental health and relational needs of A/G clergy couples.
Complete my doctoral studies which are necessary to continue my work as a counselor educator and university professor.
If you are willing to participate, please click the Qualtrics link below to access the informed consent information, additional details, and the survey questions. Once you submit your survey, your participation will be complete.
