CHURCH DEVELOPMENT AND REVITALIZATION
The Church Development and Revitalization Department offers a wide variety of programs and resources for the Potomac Ministry Network focused on investing in the health of existing churches. Led by Rev. Bobby Basham, this department assists with open church placement and interim pastors, management of District Affiliated Churches, and coordinated with pastors to take advantage of programs like Act2Journey, Extreme Church Makeovers, and the Small Church Initiative. Acts 2 JOURNEY
As part of an Acts 2 Journey Cohort, Vision Teams from each church work together to create a three-year strategic plan based on the five functions of a Spirit-empowered church described in Acts 2:42-47. Learn more about this exciting program below:
EXTREME CHURCH MAKEOVERS
Led by Rev. Casey Jones, this ministry was established in 2009 from a conviction that, “No church should have to suffer thru dilapidated building issues by themselves or a pastor working to do repairs and remodeling alone.” See upcoming projects and more:
SMALL CHURCH INITIATIVE
Held each fall, the Small Church Initiative is a gathering specifically designed for pastors of small churches (congregations of 100 or less). Pastors and their wives are invited to enjoy a low-cost getaway for encouragement and connection.

1st quarter is from Jan to March. The quarterly report is due the 2nd week of April.
2nd quarter is from April to June. The quarterly report is due the 2nd week of July.
3rd quarter is from July to September. The quarterly report is due the 2nd week of October.
4th quarter is from October to December. The quarterly report is due the 2nd week of January.
