Join us September 30th – October 2nd for a Potomac Ministry Network Special Session held at Victory Church in Winchester, VA for a time of refreshing, prayer, fellowship and future-planning. Featuring special guests, Rick Dubose and Kristen Waggoner, we look forward to gathering with all Credentialed Ministers, Church Delegates and their spouses.

GUEST SPEAKER: RICK DUBOSE

ASSISTANT GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT OF THE ASSEMBLIES OF GOD

Rick DuBose was elected assistant general superintendent of the Assemblies of God at the 58th General Council in August 2019. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Prior to his present position, he served as general treasurer of the Assemblies of God from 2017-19. He served as superintendent of the North Texas District from 2007-17 and assistant district superintendent from 2005-07. DuBose pastored Sachse Assembly of God in North Dallas from 1987-2005. Prior to that, he served a pastorate in Hallsville, Texas, and began his ministry as a youth minister in Mesquite, Texas.

DuBose is co-author of The Church That Works. He and his wife, Rita, have two daughters, a son, and eight grandsons.

CEO, President, and General Counsel OF ALLIANCE DEFENDING FREEDOM (ADF)

As the CEO, president, and general counsel of Alliance Defending Freedom, Kristen Waggoner leads the faith-based organization in advancing the God-given right to live and speak the truth in the U.S. and around the world. She oversees more than 450 ADF team members in eight global offices.

Since 2011, ADF has won 15 cases at the U.S. Supreme Court, three of which were argued by Waggoner: Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights CommissionUzuebgunam v. Presczewski, and 303 Creative v. Elenis. ADF also has a strong record of international success at the European Court of Human Rights, United Nations, and other leading courts and tribunals and has secured the release of more than 1,000 imprisoned Christians.

After clerking with Washington Supreme Court Justice Richard B. Sanders, Waggoner practiced law for over 16 years at a Seattle firm before joining ADF in 2013. She is Peer Review Rated AV® Preeminent™ in Martindale-Hubbell. Waggoner is a sought-after public speaker who often appears in national and international media outlets.
